‘A culinary trip to Italy’ is our slogan. It emphasizes the two main aspects of Cucina Vanina Deli & Café: authentic Italian cuisine that is healthy and fresh, and also the true Italian experience our costumers have without traveling to Italy.

The authentic cuisine we propose builds on millenary traditions from southern and central Italy, on simple and healty ingredients combined just the way they should to make a delicious dish!

The green side of our business is very important to us. We use local produce and recycle materials from take away lunches (recycling napkins, plates for example). We also choose to import only the ingredients we can’t find locally, and prefer organic products.
