  1. •  I am Cucina Vanina’s founder and executive chef.

  2. •  I love preparing delicious Italian meals, please my guests with healthy authentic dishes, and have done it for years!

  3. •  Yes, I am Italian, and grew up in an environment where good food was a tradition, and also an art. I lived in a southern Italian region, where my family owns olive groves and produces its own olive oil, prepares their own salami and smoked ham.

  4. •  My grandfather was a great cook, and I often assisted him when he prepared his famous dishes with “secret” ingredients. He transmitted this family secret and tradition to me, and I love perpetuating it!

  5. •  I moved to the United States with my husband several years ago. The distance and nostalgia of my country fed my passion for the authentic cuisine of my country, and more precisely of the regions of Campania and Lazio (regions of Naples and Rome). The birth of my daughters and my desire to raise them with this healthy and tasty cuisine tradition, and the death of my grandfather, all enhanced my enthusiasm. I revived old traditional receipts, refined modern Italian meals, and created new ones.

  6. •  As a result, my passion for the authentic Italian cuisine, for ingredients of good quality, and the pleasure to perpetuate this healthy tradition will bring you unique moments.

  7. •  I started with a personal chef service business, and after almost all my customers asked where my restaurant was and complaining that I didn’t have one, I decided to open one: Cucina Vanina Deli & Café!
